One Piece Centralizers
One piece casing centralizers are constructed with integral non-welded bow springs. The integral design provides a more robust product by eliminating the possibility of weld failures at the bows. Additionally, a one-piece design provides higher restoring forces while maintaining flexibility, ultimately increasing stand-off.
Bow Spring And Semi-Positive Centralizers
Available as either welded or non-welded centralizers with hinged or slip-on collars with hinged centralizers offering easy installation around casing coupling or stop collars.
The design of the non-weld centralizer offers unique features including the ability to ship unassembled yielding shipping and storage cost reductions. The compatibility of the bows with various end band sizes reduces inventory requirements and gives increased flexibility of casing and hole size combinations.
Rigid And Solid Body Centralizers
Rigid Centralizers aid in positively centering the casing in the wellbore during cementing operations. Applicable for horizontal and highly deviated well designs, the rigid centralizers center casing in previous cemented casings and liner overlaps and can assist in aligning casings through well heads near surface.
Solid body centralizers can be used in well designs where casing reciprocation and / or rotation is required and was developed to be used in long string cementation highly deviated applications. These centralizers are typically more robust than rigid centralizers due to the nature of their construction.
