Integritydh Moulded single piece centralizers are available in Aluminium, Zinc and Steel cast alloys.
The single piece design makes insures adequate strength in terms of Axial and Lateral loads. The Slip on Cast Centralizers are best suited for demanding horizontal wells which require maximum standoff.
Cast Centralizer can be used in cased hole operations. They can be used for both casing and tubing operations.The bows of this centralizer are specially made of high tensile steel which does not get deformed under high stress conditions.
The Cast centralizers reduce frictional drag when used for a deviated hole section. They can provide the best stand off in deviated sections which could be as high as 90%.
The choice of Alloys depends on the well conditions, need of the operator as well as physical and chemical properties of these alloys.
The Cast Solid Centralizers are available in Aluminum Alloy (ID-C-01) as well as with integral stop (ID-C-03).
Steel Alloy (ID-C-05) and with Integral stop (ID-C-07) as well as the Zinc Alloy (ID-C-09) and with Integral Stop (ID-C-11)
The Slip on Cast Centralizers are also available with straight blades with various alloys.
